NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION HEARING CONFERENCE  

A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Ingleside Community Center, 2731 Roberts Station Road Ingleside MD, concerning Chaberton Solar Orchard Hill LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission.  

If you would like to speak at the hearing, please send an email to psc.pulj@gmail.com indicating the request by Tuesday, 12:00 Noon on January 7th, 2025. Otherwise, anyone wishing to watch the recording of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube Channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. Any questions about the hearing should be directed to psc.pulj@gmail.com. All emails requesting to speak at the hearing must include reference to Case No. 9739. 

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically, by January 29th 2025, through the Commission’s Public Comment Dropbox, which can be accessed through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Chief Clerk, Jamie Bergin, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. All comments must include reference to Case No. 9739. 

Pursuant to the Commission’s March 13, 2020 Notice of Waiver and Relaxed Filing Requirements, no paper copies need to be submitted if the filing is public in nature and no more than 25 pages in length. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
